What we collect
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us using the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the content of your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use the details you submit solely to reply to your enquiry — for example to answer a question about membership, a sparring camp booking or sponsorship. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the club except our hosting provider, which processes form submissions on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and are deleted after that.
Children
The club works with children and young people. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us your details through this website.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it erased. Email edenderrybc@outlook.com and we will deal with your request.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
